Two to three weeks with your team. We map how the work gets done today, find where AI pays off, and agree on what to build first. You get a ranked list of the work worth automating, what each would cost and return, and the scope of the first build. It’s yours either way.

A build only counts once people use it. We train your team, adjust to how they actually work, and stay until the new way is the normal way.

Every month we monitor, fix and improve what we built, look for the next opportunity, and keep an eye on what it costs to run.
