Privacy policy
Your information, plainly.
What Wildcard LLC collects through wildcard.nyc, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated October 16, 2026
What we collect
When you book a call. Your name, email address, company (if you give it), anything you write in the “What’s going on?” box, the time you pick and your time zone.
When you email us. Your email address and whatever you write to us.
When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view, how you found us, your approximate location (city level), and your device and browser. It uses cookies to do this.
Technical data. Our servers see your IP address when they deliver a page. The booking system also uses it, briefly and in memory, to stop people from flooding the form. We don’t keep it, except when the form’s spam trap is triggered.
How we use it
- To schedule the call you asked for, send you the calendar invite, and follow up about it.
- To answer your emails.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site and the booking system secure.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business, and only for the purposes above:
- Google: calendar, email, Google Meet and Google Analytics.
- Amazon Web Services: hosting for this site.
- Discord: our internal notification that a call was booked.
- AI assistant providers: tools we use to help manage our own email, calendar and notes, under those providers’ business terms.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer or successor if Wildcard is ever sold or merged.
Text messages
When you text our text line. If you text (646) 859-5226, we receive your phone number, your messages, and any website address you send. We read the public web page at that address to write our reply. See how the text line works.
How we use it. To reply to you, and to follow up about the service you asked about. We only text people who have texted us first.
Who handles it. Telnyx delivers the texts. Firecrawl reads the public web page you send. Our AI assistant providers help write the reply.
What we never do. We don’t sell or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
How long we keep it
Booking details and emails stay in our calendar and inbox as ordinary business records. We delete them if you ask, unless we need to keep them for legal or accounting reasons. Google Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email contact@wildcard.nyc. We’ll answer within 30 days, wherever you live.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send highly sensitive information through the booking form.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Where your data is
Wildcard is based in the United States, and our providers store data in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
