Information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about what we do. It isn’t professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation, and using the site doesn’t make you our client.

The free call

The intro call is free, with no obligation on either side. We may reschedule or decline a booking. Please don’t put confidential information in the booking form. If a conversation needs confidentiality, we’re glad to sign an NDA first.

Engagements

Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Results

The client results on this site are real, but they describe specific businesses. They aren’t a promise of what we’ll achieve for yours.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t misuse the booking system, send spam through it, scrape the site in bulk, or try to get around its security. We may block anyone who does.

Text line

Wildcard runs a text line at (646) 859-5226. By texting it, you agree to receive text replies from us about your request. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 5 messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details are on our text line page.

Our content

The text, design, video and logo on this site belong to Wildcard. You’re welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit. Client names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Other sites and services

Some links lead to sites we don’t control, like LinkedIn and Google. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wildcard isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about the site goes to the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
