Common questions

My progress is gone. Progress is saved on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes it, and it does not move between devices.
I bought a helper but didn’t get it. Helpers are added to the farm you bought them for. Open the Origins sheet (tap the farm name at top left) to see which farm has it and how much time is left. If it isn’t there, email us with the date of the purchase.
A refund. Apple handles refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sound and music. Press and hold the gear button for quick switches, or open Settings.
